Who am I?

This page was inspired through my life experiences and childhood trauma made me change my perspective on life through a buddha approach. Each experience I undertake has opened my eyes into a new understanding about the world.  

I began to compress the importance of life and mental health where I wanted to give back to others in helping them regain balance, inspiration and make a change in their own life.
